🚀 Nutanix is Hiring: GRC Analyst (Information Security)
Nutanix is looking for a GRC Analyst to join our Information Security team, reporting to the Director of GRC. This role is ideal for someone who blends security risk & compliance expertise with a passion for automation and AI-driven solutions.
💡 What You’ll Do:
- Support and execute GRC programs across risk, compliance, audits, and third-party risk
- Perform security risk assessments and drive remediation to closure
- Partner cross-functionally with security, engineering, and business teams
- Build and scale AI-powered GRC solutions (LLMs, agents, automation workflows)
- Automate reporting, metrics (KRI/KPI), and compliance processes
- Contribute to frameworks like ISO 27001, ISO 42001, GDPR, and EU AI Act
🧠 What We’re Looking For:
- 4+ years in GRC, information security, or risk management
- Experience with compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC2, NIST, GDPR, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with AI/automation tools (Python, APIs, LLM workflows, or low-code platforms)
- Strong communicator with the ability to translate risk across technical and business teams
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, distributed environment
✨ Bonus: Experience with AI governance frameworks (ISO 42001, EU AI Act) and building scalable automation solutions within GRC.
