JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is looking for a third party security risk consultant to assist with assessing SOC 2 Type 2 reports for the client's suppliers for their US entity. The ideal candidate will have past experience with SOC 2 Type 2 reporting and evaluating/measuring the risks outlined in the supplier's reports.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
– 5-10 years of experience working within TPRM within a large enterprise, preferably within a major Canadian bank
– Proven ability to measure risk and clearly present findings to senior leadership
– Strong SOC 2 Type 2 experience, including:
-Hands-on experience with SOC 2 Type 2 assessments
– Experience participating in or supporting SOC 2 Type 2 audits
– Direct experience reviewing SOC 2 Type 2 reports
– Working knowledge of ISO 27001
– Strong documentation experience, including control narratives and evidence support
– Ability to clearly articulate security and compliance risks in both written and verbal formats
