Our client is looking for an experienced Manager Information Security [Part of Emiratization Program] to lead enterprise-wide cybersecurity governance, risk management, security operations, and compliance initiatives.
This leadership role will be responsible for defining cybersecurity strategy, strengthening resilience, driving security excellence, and ensuring alignment with government information security standards.
As Dubai continues to advance smart and sustainable mobility, this role will be instrumental in protecting critical digital services, strengthening cybersecurity capabilities and ensuring secure, reliable operations across enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Lead enterprise wide cybersecurity strategy, governance frameworks, and information security programs
🔹 Establish and enforce security policies, standards, KPIs, and compliance frameworks
🔹 Ensure alignment with Dubai Information Security Regulation (ISR) and relevant government standards
🔹 Oversee cybersecurity risk management, audits, assessments, and remediation programs
🔹 Govern SOC operations, incident response, threat intelligence, and cyber readiness exercises
🔹 Lead ISMS implementation and continuous improvement initiatives
🔹 Strengthen identity & access management, security architecture reviews, and preventive controls
🔹 Drive cybersecurity awareness programs across employees, suppliers, and partners
🔹 Collaborate with executive leadership, regulators, auditors, and strategic technology partners
Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security, or Cybersecurity
✔ 12+ years’ experience (Master’s degree) or 14+ years’ experience (Bachelor’s degree)
✔ Preferred: 16+ years of experience including 5+ years leading enterprise Information Security programs
✔ Strong expertise in:
• Cybersecurity Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)
• SOC Operations & Incident Management
• ISO 27001 / ISMS
• Security Audit & Assurance
• Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery
• Threat Intelligence & Security Operations
• Enterprise Security Architecture
Preferred Certifications:
CISSP | CISM | ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor | ITIL | COBIT
