We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead and oversee the organization's technology landscape, ensuring robust governance, operational excellence, and alignment between business objectives and IT strategy.

This is a leadership role requiring a strong blend of enterprise applications, infrastructure management, SAP S/4HANA oversight, project delivery, and team leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and govern the organization's IT systems, infrastructure, and business applications
• Oversee SAP S/4HANA operations, enhancements, vendor management, and business alignment
• Lead IT infrastructure including Microsoft Azure, Windows Servers, Networks, and Cisco environments
• Establish and maintain IT governance frameworks, policies, security standards, and operational procedures
• Manage and mentor a team of 5–7 IT professionals
• Drive technology projects, digital transformation initiatives, and business process improvements
• Ensure system availability, security, performance, and disaster recovery readiness
• Partner with business stakeholders across manufacturing and commercial functions to align IT capabilities with business needs
• Manage third-party vendors, service providers, and technology partners
🔹 Required Experience:
✅ 12+ years of overall IT experience
✅ Proven experience in IT leadership or IT management roles
✅ Strong SAP S/4HANA experience from an IT operations and governance perspective
✅ Experience managing enterprise infrastructure and cloud environments
✅ Manufacturing industry experience is mandatory
✅ Commercial business process exposure is required
✅ Experience leading and managing technical teams
