What Do We Expect from Our New Team Member?
- Ensuring the seamless operation of CRM, mobile applications, and sales support systems used by field sales teams,
- Understanding the needs of field teams and developing digital solutions that enhance their efficiency,
- Collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and other business units to align technology with business objectives,
- Improving data flow, system integrations, and reporting processes that support field operations,
- Managing information security, data privacy, and system continuity with a focus on field operations,
- Building and leading strong and sustainable IT teams,
- Following emerging technologies and developing projects that increase field sales productivity,
What kind of teammate are we looking for?
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, etc.),
- At least 8–10 years of experience in information technologies, including team management experience,
- Experience in CRM, Sales Force Automation (SFA), and field sales systems,
- Knowledge of mobile technologies, system infrastructures, and cloud solutions,
- Familiarity with project management methodologies,
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams,
- Proficiency in English
