Responsibilities

•Ensure compliance with applicable legislation and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIS2).

•Maintain liaison with the Information Security Officer; support joint projects and audits; collaborate with IT and other business units across the organization.

•Design and develop the Hungarian implementation of the information security management system (ISMS), policies, and controls in alignment with the international guidelines of the corporate group; contribute to the IT security roadmap.

•Participate in the development, review, and continuous maintenance of information security policies, procedures, and standards.

Requirements

•Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in IT/OT security or compliance.

•Strong knowledge of IT and OT security controls and principles, with a risk- and audit-oriented mindset.

•Working knowledge of Windows environments, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and fundamental networking concepts.

•Experience in drafting policies and security documentation.

•High level of precision, structured working style, and strong sense of responsibility.

•English and Hungarian working environment both oral and written.

•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with both IT and business stakeholders; proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Preferred Qualifications

•Familiarity with NIS2 requirements and standards such as ISO 27001, C2M2, NIST SP 800 series, and IEC 62443.

•Experience in industrial environments.

•Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH, CompTIA Security+).
