We are looking for an IT Security Specialist with strong expertise in Active Directory and identity infrastructure to support and further develop a secure, stable, and scalable enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Administration, maintenance, and hardening of Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) in enterprise and multi‑domain environments
- Monitoring and ensuring health of domain controllers, replication, DNS, and directory services availability
- Implementation and follow‑up of security policies, access controls, and Group Policies
- Support and integration of hybrid identity solutions, including Microsoft Entra
- Troubleshooting identity, authentication, and authorization issues across on‑prem and hybrid setups
- Automation and operational improvements using PowerShell scripting
- Participation in system upgrades, patch management, and disaster recovery planning
- Close collaboration with infrastructure, network, and security teams across IT operations
Required Experience & Skills
- Solid hands‑on experience with Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS)
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022)
- Proven experience with DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy Management
- Experience working with Microsoft Entra (Azure AD)
- Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) principles
- Proficiency in PowerShell or similar scripting languages
- Experience in large‑scale enterprise or multi‑domain environments
- Fluent in English (spoken and written). Swedish is an advantage
