This Infrastructure Manager opportunity offers the chance to play a key role within a well-established financial services organisation operating in Malta. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the stability, security, and performance of enterprise infrastructure across multiple environments, ensuring business continuity and operational excellence.
Working closely with both internal teams and external providers, you’ll manage core networking and data centre operations while supporting strategic infrastructure initiatives. This role is ideal for a hands-on infrastructure professional with leadership experience who enjoys combining technical expertise with operational oversight in a fast-paced environment.
You Will:
• Manage and support enterprise infrastructure, including networks, datacentres, cloud environments, firewalls, servers, backup systems, and telecommunications
• Oversee infrastructure projects, vendor relationships, SLA management, and escalated technical support across multiple locations
• Ensure business continuity through robust backup, replication, disaster recovery, and infrastructure security practices
• Maintain infrastructure documentation while supporting ongoing optimisation and system improvements
Skills / Experience:
• 5+ years’ experience within IT Infrastructure or IT Security, including leadership or team management exposure
• Strong technical knowledge of Cisco networking, firewalls, Microsoft Server technologies, Office 365, VMware, Veeam, and Active Directory
• Experience supporting enterprise environments across networking, virtualisation, cloud services, and backup solutions
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Salary / Remuneration:
€55,000 – €60,000 + benefits package
