Key Responsibilitie
- sLead and manage Inspection, Quality Control, and Safety & Security activities across the Norway market
- .Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and local regulations
- .Investigate operational violations, customer complaints, incidents, and potential fraud cases
- .Monitor service quality and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- .Develop and implement corrective and preventive action plans to improve operational performance
- .Track and report key quality, safety, compliance, and operational KPIs
- .Partner with Operations, Driver Supply, HR, Legal, and other stakeholders to strengthen governance and risk management
- .Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and security requirements
- .Lead and develop the local Inspection, QA, and Safety team
.Requirement
- sBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Law, Quality Management, Security Management, or a related field
- .Minimum 7–10 years of experience in: Inspectio, Quality Assurance / Quality Control, Compliance, Internal Control, Risk Management, Safety & Security Operation
- sAt least 3 years of people management experience
- .Experience within transportation, mobility, ride-hailing, logistics, delivery, or large-scale service operations is highly preferred
- .Proven experience handling investigations, compliance reviews, operational audits, and quality improvement initiatives
- .Experience working in a fast-paced and rapidly growing environment is a strong advantage
- .Strong analytical and critical thinking skill
