What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Implement, manage, and provide tier 3 support for NIST/CMMC compliance for GovCon and commercial clients
- Conduct ongoing management, monitoring, and investigation of cybersecurity systems and potential incidents
- Install, configure, and maintain cloud-based and on-premises networks and applications
- Provide remote and in-person technical support, incident response, and problem management for end-users
- Prepare technical documentation, including procedures, reports, research findings, and cost analysis
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- 3-5 years of experience in computer systems support, cloud infrastructure setup/support, network administration, and network installation/configuration
- Hands-on experience with Firewall, VPN, and Layer 3/4 Switch configuration
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Effective oral and written communication abilities
- Experience with Active Directory and Windows Servers
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- CompTIA Security+ and Network+ certifications
- Knowledge of NIST/CMMC compliance processes
- Cybersecurity experience within the Department of Defense (DoD)
- Experience with SIEM solutions
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services
