Job Description:
- Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues
- Manage and troubleshoot Dell server and chassis environments as well as NetApp storage environments.
- Provisioning, installing, maintaining and support the VMware Enterprise Environment,
- managing and troubleshooting Microsoft stacks, including Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP, SCCM, Exchange.
- Managing and maintaining open-source environments such as Linux and Ubuntu.
- Managing VEEAM Enterprise Backup software and performing disaster recovery operations to ensure smooth operation during failures.
- Good Knowledge in Configuring and managing IP Telephony, Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM)
- Good Knowledge in firewalls and managing security products, specifically the Fortinet suite (FortiGate, Forti Mail, Forti SIEM, etc.) and XDR solutions.
- Knowledge in Broadcom and Boldon James.
- The focus will be on Nationalization.
