Job Purpose
To oversee and manage the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring reliable operations, system security, and alignment with business goals, while supporting essential ERP functions and driving technology improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the organization’s IT strategy and roadmap.
- Manage IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cybersecurity, and cloud environments.
- Oversee ERP system operations (Oracle), ensuring stability and supporting minor enhancements.
- Coordinate ERP updates, integrations, and basic customizations as needed.
- Ensure data security, system backups, and disaster recovery readiness.
- Lead IT projects and collaborate with departments to improve systems and processes.
- Supervise IT support services and ensure efficient resolution of technical issues.
- Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and governance standards.
- Manage technology vendors, contracts, licenses, and IT budgets.
- Monitor cybersecurity measures and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
- Train users on systems and promote effective technology adoption.
- Prepare regular reports on IT performance, risks, and ongoing initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in IT management.
- Solid experience in IT infrastructure, networks, databases, and cybersecurity.
- Basic to intermediate experience in ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills (English & Arabic preferred).
