What you'll do
- Monitor the health and availability of enterprise systems, applications, servers, and networks.
- Manage incidents, service requests, and operational issues while ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaborate with Infrastructure, DevOps, Security, and Application teams to resolve technical challenges.
- Perform routine operational activities including system health checks, backups, and access reviews.
- Support troubleshooting efforts and contribute to root cause analysis.
- Maintain operational documentation, reports, and system inventory.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and change management processes.
- Contribute to initiatives that improve operational efficiency, service reliability, and overall IT performance.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure Support, Systems Administration, or a similar role.
- Solid understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, servers, networking, applications, and operational processes.
- Experience with incident management, monitoring, service requests, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools, change management processes, and operational documentation.
- Strong communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
