Overview
My client is a rapidly growing renewable energy investment platform focused on financing and owning distributed energy and infrastructure assets across the U.S. They are seeking an IT professional to support and scale their technology environment as the firm continues to expand.
This role will work cross-functionally with investment, finance, and operations teams to ensure secure, efficient, and scalable IT systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support core IT infrastructure including cloud environments (Azure/M365), networks, and endpoints
- Administer and optimize enterprise systems (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, ERP, CRM)
- Oversee cybersecurity protocols, monitoring, and compliance best practices
- Provide hands-on support for internal users, troubleshooting hardware/software issues
- Lead IT projects including system implementations, upgrades, and integrations
- Manage vendors, MSPs, and third-party technology providers
- Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and documentation
- Support data management, access controls, and business continuity planning
Qualifications
- 4–8+ years of IT experience in a corporate or professional services environment
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, and endpoint management tools
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals, security frameworks, and cloud infrastructure
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Ability to balance strategic initiatives with hands-on execution
- Strong communication skills and ability to support non-technical stakeholders
