How You Succeed:
Providing solution recommendations in line with industry standards, collaborating with the project team in the solutioning process. You will also conduct research on new technologies, establish governance and standards related to system architecture, and facilitate the dissemination of standard documents. Additionally, you will be involved in planning and coordinating with various squads for piloting and implementation.
What You Do:
- Maintain the Access Management solution (e.g., CyberArk) to manage privileged accounts for servers, databases, network devices, and applications.
- Monitor privileged sessions in real-time to detect and respond to anomalous activities.
- Participate in the 24/7 security operations rotation, handling alerts, tickets, and incidents related to privileged access violations or failures.
- Investigate potential security breaches involving privileged accounts and collaborate with the broader SOC (Security Operations Center) and IT teams for remediation.
- Collaborate with system administrators and development squads to integrate access management solutions with existing ITIL processes, SIEM, and IAM platforms.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts (PowerShell, Python, etc.) to streamline onboarding, password rotation, and reporting tasks.
- Support the onboarding of new applications and infrastructure into the access management framework during deployment cycles.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT Security, with a specific focus on Privileged Access Management (PAM).
- Solid background in System Administration (Linux/Unix and Windows Server) and strong knowledge of Operating System internals.
- Strong knowledge of security policies, risk management frameworks, and compliance standards relevant to the financial sector.
- Understanding of vulnerability management and patching processes in relation to privileged accounts.
- Must be willing and able to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, as required by the 24/7 security operations model.
