• Offer on-call support for end-user issues
Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science or similar field
• Five years of experience in IT security
• Certifications like CompTIA Security+ are advantageous
• Proficient in Microsoft Azure and security protocols
• Knowledge of ESXi, Windows OS, and NAC principles
