Are you passionate about safeguarding critical systems, strengthening security controls, and ensuring compliance in the banking industry? Join our team as IT SECURITY OPERATIONS ANALYST and play a key role in protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our information assets.
What You'll Do:
• Validate systems and applications against security baseline standards before deployment
• Conduct Security Acceptance Testing (SAT) for infrastructure and application changes
• Execute IT Security Operations processes and support security monitoring activities
• Review and validate user access rights across banking systems, networks, and databases
• Support patch management validation and endpoint hardening initiatives
• Prepare security compliance reports for management, auditors, and regulators
• Coordinate with Infrastructure and Development teams to address compliance gaps
• Assess security controls, identify risks, and recommend improvements
• Participate in security incident investigations and post-incident reviews
• Perform source code reviews to identify vulnerabilities and insecure coding practices
• Provide first-level support for security incidents and security solutions validation
What We Need:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
• At least 5 years of IT experience, including 1 year in Information Security
• Strong understanding of security concepts involving networks, servers, databases, systems, and access management
• Knowledge of ISO 27001/27002, ITIL, and COBIT frameworks
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or other security-related certifications are an advantage
