We are a young innovative company with a cutting-edge product based in Tel Aviv.
We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join us. As part of the role, you will be a member of the IT support team within the R&D group.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain, upgrade and install company’s endpoints
- Implementing security policies on endpoints and servers by using the most advanced technology and solutions in the market
- Install and enforce company’s security policy to all devices and users
- Design and implement automation processes to increase the team’s efficiency
- Work inside highly sensitive networks and environments and provide technical support to users throughout the company
- Automate and constantly improve support process
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems
- Hardware troubleshooting (desktops, laptops, peripherals)
- Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Experience with ticketing systems
- Software troubleshooting (OS, Office apps, browsers)
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory and user management
- Email system support (Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Clear verbal and written communication skills (Hebrew and English)
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support requests
- Customer-focused mindset and patience
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Experience in Linux OS
Nice to Have Skills
- Basic scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
- Endpoint management tools (Intune, JAMF, SCCM,JumpCloud)
- Cybersecurity best practices knowledge
- Remote support experience and tools
