Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert-level customer support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat on cybersecurity products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve security-related customer issues efficiently and professionally
- Advise customers on best practices for cybersecurity and effective use of security technologies
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and technical information using CRM tools
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and solve complex cybersecurity challenges
- Stay current with the latest cybersecurity trends and developments to provide up-to-date support
Requirements
- Fluent in Italian (both written and spoken) is mandatory; English proficiency is a plus
- Prior experience in customer support or a related role, preferably within cybersecurity or IT security
- Good understanding of cybersecurity concepts, threats, and technologies
