We are currently seeking a ITSM Engineer to join our team in Riyadh for a Managing Business Specialist and Developer with over 5 years of experience with extensive subject matter expertise in IT Services Management (ITSM) and ITIL, methods, processes, strategic technology infrastructure planning, and developing cost-effective solutions to meet customer business requirements. ITIL Foundation certified.
Key Responsibilities:
• Performed requirement analysis through Templates, workshops and brainstorming sessions with technical users.
• Demonstrate the prototype to make sure of requirements alignment.
• Captured process gaps to improve customer experience.
• Devised guidelines and standards of ITIL frameworks.
• Development of business, solution, and IT infrastructure-based processes and procedures.
• Provided best practices to improve client’s business processes for enhanced customer
• experience.
• Organized internal audits for each process & supported in closing non-compliance (gaps).
• Develop testing script and testing sessions (user acceptance testing, system integrity
• testing, etc…)
• Develop IT management processes (ITIL Processes).
• Develop services for IT sector departments.
• Design and develop IT services workflows.
• Design and develop integrations and automations with other systems.
• Implement best practices in incident, problem, change, and release management
• Asset management for IT services management system.
• Create and update SLAs and OLAs for IT services management system.
• Create and update periodic reports for IT service management.
• Raise and optimize IT service management system performance.
• Perform requirements and tasks in accordance of PMI rules.
General Skills :

• Good oral /written communication skills.
• Time management skills and making critical decisions with minimal supervision.
• fluent in Arabic & English (reading, writing & speaking).
