We are currently hiring for a Jr CISO / Director of Information Security role with a cloud-native SaaS organization in the healthcare space. This is a high-impact position focused on building and leading the company’s security and compliance program.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Information Security Management System (ISMS)
- Drive compliance across HITRUST, HIPAA, SOC 2 Type II, and NIST frameworks
- Own HITRUST certification readiness and audit processes
- Establish risk management and incident response strategies
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to embed security into cloud and interoperability (FHIR-based) systems
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of hands-on security work and strategic leadership, especially within regulated environments like healthcare.
