The Junior Due Diligence & Video Identification Specialist is responsible for conducting customer identification and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in accordance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and company standards. The role focuses on performing video identification calls, reviewing customer documentation, maintaining accurate records, and supporting customer due diligence processes while ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality execution of assigned duties and responsibilities.
- Proper use and safekeeping of entrusted company assets and information.
- Managing assigned tasks within established deadlines and quality standards.
- Complying with applicable laws, regulations, company policies, and employment-related procedures.
- Acting within delegated authority and avoiding misuse of position or granted powers.
- Protecting confidential information, trade secrets, and personal data.
- Following information security, confidentiality, and data protection requirements at all times.
- Using only Company-approved AI tools and systems in compliance with internal policies and security requirements.
- Maintaining professional ethics, integrity, and respectful communication with colleagues, clients, and partners.
- Performing additional duties assigned by the direct supervisor that are related to the role and Company activities.
What We're Looking For
- Responsibility, attention to detail, and efficiency
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients during video calls and remain composed in conflict situations
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to work with the Company’s customer verification, data review, and internal systems, or willingness to learn them
- Good command of English and excellent command of Lithuanian; Russian would be an advantage
- Ability to use Company-approved AI tools to optimize work processes while fully complying with internal procedures, information security, and confidentiality requirements
