The Loss Prevention Executive is responsible for driving safety standards and managing operational security to protect company assets. This role goes beyond basic monitoring; you will own the implementation of safety protocols and develop support systems that ensure smooth, secure daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Operational Safety: Execute daily tasks that maintain the integrity of the site, ensuring all safety and loss prevention measures are strictly followed.
- Support & Training: Manage BLS (Basic Life Support) training and provide operational support to various business units to mitigate risk.
- Systems Management: Utilize internal reporting and tracking to document incidents and maintain compliance.
- Crisis Response: Act as a primary point of contact for emergency protocols, including FLS (Fire Life Safety) and OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) standards.
Key Requirements
Skills & Competencies
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential for coordinating with different departments and reporting incidents.
- Technical Proficiency: Must be proficient in OHS, FLS, and BLS protocols.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to identify vulnerabilities in everyday tasks and develop proactive solutions.
- Experience: Approximately 1–2 years of similar experience in security, safety, or loss prevention roles.
- Must have legal working rights in Fiji.
