Hours and Availability
Garda has both part-time and full-time positions available. The hours of work, while varied, will require evening and weekend availability.

Responsibilities
- Patrol the sales floor to monitor customers who may attempt shoplifting, fraud, vandalism, or other offenses.
- Monitor and detect to ensure all merchandise leaving the store has been paid for.
- Complete loss prevention audits.
- Intervene and apprehend customers attempting to leave the store with unpaid merchandise.
- Conduct arrests.
- Write daily and incident reports with rigor and professionalism.
- Testify in court when required.
Qualifications
- Valid Security Guard License
- Minimum 1 year loss prevention experience
- Availability for part-time daytime and evening shifts
- Good judgment and autonomy
- Robust observation skills and sense of responsibility
- Ability to react quickly in emergency situations
- Having a car is considered a strong asset
