Monitor external theft deterrence and internal investigations to drive shortage reduction;
Monitor store activities and take appropriate action to prevent theft and recover merchandise;
Conduct surveillance of external theft using CCTV surveillance equipment;
Assist in internal theft investigations in compliance with Company Guidelines;
Accurately complete and maintain external and internal theft investigation case records
