We are hiring for the role of Mall Head for Lucknow location
Key Responsibilities
P&L & Commercial Management
- Own complete P&L accountability for mall operations.
- Ensure timely revenue collection from 300–400 retail brands/tenants.
- Drive profitability through efficient operational and commercial management.
- Monitor and optimize operational costs including rentals, utilities, facility management, maintenance, and administration expenses.
- Track occupancy performance and support initiatives to improve leasing and commercial utilization.
Brand & Tenant Relationship Management
- Manage relationships with existing retail partners including major brands such as Reliance, Aditya Group, and other anchor tenants.
- Act as the key point of contact for tenant escalations, operational requirements, and relationship management.
- Coordinate closely with the Bangalore-based Business Development team for new tenant acquisition and leasing support.
- Ensure seamless onboarding, fit-out coordination, and operational readiness for new brands entering the mall.
Mall Operations & Facility Management
- Oversee complete mall operations ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the property.
- Supervise facility management operations including lifts, escalators, lighting, HVAC, maintenance, and infrastructure upkeep.
- Ensure high standards of housekeeping, hygiene, security, safety, and customer experience.
- Manage and coordinate with vendors, contractors, and operational partners for uninterrupted services.
Marketing & Footfall Generation
- Coordinate with the Bangalore-based marketing team to drive weekend events, festive campaigns, customer engagement programs, and promotional activities.
- Support initiatives aimed at increasing footfall, customer retention, and revenue generation.
- Conduct market analysis, competition benchmarking, and consumer trend tracking to improve mall performance and walk-ins.
- Drive local activation initiatives and community engagement programs.
