IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
Manage Data Center Operations and Facilities including but not limited to Power, Cooling, and Allied services, and ensure uptime as per TIA 942 compliance. Manage SLA (Vendor and Customers), OLA to ensure smooth delivery, Ensure compliance with security and governance baselines.
HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT:
- Achieve a minimum of 10% reduction in infrastructure costs annually. Maintain a cost-to-performance ratio within predefined benchmarks. Regular cost analysis and optimization reviews. Implementation of resource scaling and rightsizing strategies.
- Maintain infrastructure uptime of at least 99.9%. Respond to and resolve critical incidents within defined timeframes. Implementation of high-availability architecture and redundancy measures. Continuous monitoring and proactive incident management processes. Regular disaster recovery drills and failover testing.
- Achieve project milestones within specified deadlines. Maintain an employee satisfaction rating above 85%. Clear project goals, task allocation, and regular progress tracking. Ongoing performance reviews and career development discussions. Training and skill enhancement programs for team members.
- Maintain vendor satisfaction scores above 95%. Timely resolution of vendor-related issues within 48 hours. Active communication and periodic reviews with vendors. Monitoring of SLA adherence and regular performance evaluations. Escalation paths and contingency plans for vendor-related challenges.
- Implement a minimum of 3 process improvements per quarter. Contribution to the successful adoption of innovative technologies. Encouragement of cross-functional collaboration for innovation. Implementation of best practices and benchmarking with industry-proven security solution implementation approaches and practices. Regular assessment of emerging technologies and their potential impact.
- Zero critical security incidents or breaches in a year. Qualitative: Successful completion of external compliance audits. Implementation of robust access controls and protocols.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
Qualification:
Education:
- Graduation in Electrical Engineering, MS (Computer Science)
- Certifications: CDCP, CDFOM, AOS
Technical Competency:
- Collaborate directly with the corporate customers and PTCL business solutions team (for onboarding, offboarding, and expansion) requirements
- Customer-centric approach for provisioning of timely operational support and assistance
- Excellent capability to closely work with OEM/Principals, Vendors, Partners, Solution Partners, and Corporate Customers.
