Job Scope:
- Improve the system availability and performance of assigned Network / Systems resources.
- Develop and implement new policies / procedures for Network / Systems administration
- Delivered L2 and L3 support of various business critical Network / Systems
- Provided 24×7 support of all business critical Network / Systems
- Participated in Project Management Plans of Network / Systems deployment.
- Assist to improve skill-set of Network / Systems staff
- Assist to prepare and Manage Capex and Opex of ITSM systems
- Assist on the Security of the LAN, WAN and Internet
- Assist on the AWS cloud day to day support
Job Responsibility:
- Perform assigned Network / Systems – system administration and projects; Lead & guide junior Network /
- Systems staff in technical areas
- Perform support tasks for assigned Network/Systems resources in accordance with Service Level Agreement.
- Liaise with ICT vendors for the support and procurement of Network / Systems resources.
- Worked closely with vendors to deliver project in a timely manner and with high quality deliverables
- Managed different teams of vendors with price negotiations, service quality requirements, awarding contracts
- and agreements.
- Perform routine maintenance and system backup of assigned Network / Systems resources.
- Maintain inventory / documentation of assigned Network/Systems resources.
- Acquire and share Network / System specialist knowledge with other team members.
- Monitor logs and alert trigger by systems and advise next course of action.
- O365 administration and security of the email, Sharepoint and Network
- Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years in IT security, network engineering, or systems architecture.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), network protocols, security tools (firewalls, EDR), and operating systems.
- Certifications: Often requires certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, or specialized cloud security credentials like AWS & Azure Cloud architect.
