Key Responsibilities
- IT Engineer to manage and support the company’s IT infrastructure, hardware, software, and network systems.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, printers, and networks.
- Monitor and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Provide technical support to employees for IT-related problems.
- Maintain data backup, antivirus, and system security.
- Configure email accounts, user access, and system permissions.
- Support CCTV, biometric, and IP phone systems if required.
- Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment and maintenance.
- Ensure smooth functioning of internet, LAN, and Wi-Fi connectivity.
- Prepare IT reports and maintain system documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3- 7 years of experience as an IT Engineer or IT Support Engineer.
- Knowledge of Windows Server, networking, hardware, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, antivirus, and backup systems.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Qatar driving license is an advantage
