Job Description / Responsibility
- Plan and implement physical and logical network layouts, including rack optimization, structured cabling, and power distribution for seamless IT infrastructure operations
- Manage the end-to-end installation and commissioning of servers, network equipment, power systems, and related hardware
- Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on networking and power equipment (including online UPS systems) ensuring high availability
- Ensure physical IT infrastructure complies with industry standards, safety regulations, and corporate security best practices
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 troubleshooting for connectivity issues, hardware failures, and performance bottlenecks to maintain uninterrupted operations
- Act as the technical point of contact during infrastructure-related emergencies such as outages, hardware failures, or thermal incidents
- Coordinate with third-party vendors to deliver infrastructure projects on time and within scope
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of infrastructure diagrams, assets, network layouts, and operational procedures
- Work closely with cross-functional IT teams and business stakeholders to align network infrastructure with organizational requirements
- Travel to company locations as needed to audit, deploy, and manage network infrastructure components directly
Safeguarding Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation
- Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise in safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
- Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
- Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so
Educational Requirements
- A Bachelor`s degree in Computer Science and Engineering, or a related discipline.

- At least 4 years of working experience in a similar role, focusing on enterprise IT infrastructure
