Placement: Telecommunication Industry (WFO, South Jakarta)
Salary: 12.5 mio gross + 500.000 transport

Working Hours: 8×5 & as per needed
On-Call Support: Standby support for Major Incidents (P1 & P2) outside business hours
Escalation Role: Acts as L2 escalation point from Service Desk (L1)
Jobdesc
- Maintains secure, resilient, and low-latency network connectivity by managing network operations, incidents, and performance optimization.
- Maintain a secure and highly available network environment
- Operate and troubleshoot L2/L3 devices, load balancers, and DCI connectivity
- Manage firewall rules and VPN connectivity
- Configure and manage traffic distribution via load balancers (F5 LTM/GTM)
- Monitor network performance and perform packet analysis for issue resolution
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Network Engineering or Network Infrastructure operations, preferably in environments with high transaction volumes (Banking, Fintech, or E-commerce).
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Enterprise/Data Center.
- F5 Certified Administrator/Technology Specialist.
- Network Security certifications (e.g., NSE4 or PCNSA).
- L2/L3 Mastery: Strong technical proficiency in operating and troubleshooting L2/L3 devices (Switches & Routers) and managing DCI (Data Center Interconnect) connectivity.
- Load Balancing: Hands-on experience in configuring and managing traffic distribution using F5 LTM (Local Traffic Manager) and GTM (Global Traffic Manager).
- Network Security: Expertise in managing Firewall rules (e.g., Fortinet, Palo Alto, or Checkpoint) and maintaining secure VPN connectivity (Site-to-Site & Remote Access).
