🎯 The Role
We are seeking an experienced Network Manager to oversee network operations, infrastructure performance, and connectivity across the organization. The ideal candidate will lead network teams, manage enterprise network environments, ensure security and availability, and drive continuous improvements in network architecture and operations.
🚀 Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement network strategies aligned with business and technology objectives
• Lead and manage enterprise network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and cloud networking environments
• Ensure network availability, reliability, performance, and security across all locations and systems
• Oversee network monitoring, troubleshooting, incident management, and performance optimization activities
• Manage network upgrades, migrations, capacity planning, and infrastructure modernization initiatives
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud, and application teams to support business requirements
• Establish and maintain network standards, policies, procedures, and documentation
• Manage vendor relationships, telecommunications providers, and network service contracts
• Monitor network performance metrics and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability
• Lead, mentor, and develop network engineers, administrators, and technical support personnel
✅ Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in network administration, network engineering, IT infrastructure, or related roles
• 2+ years of experience managing network teams or network operations preferred
• Strong knowledge of routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, wireless technologies, and network security principles
• Experience with enterprise networking technologies from Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto, or similar vendors
• Familiarity with cloud networking platforms including AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Experience with network monitoring, automation, and performance management tools
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
