We are Seeking a senior Network Security Engineer for our client based in New York to design, implement, and support NAC and enterprise security infrastructure in a regulated environment. This role focuses on device visibility, segmentation, and Zero Trust using Forescout, Palo Alto, and F5 technologies.

Key Skills

- Palo Alto Networks NGFW
- F5 BIG-IP (LTM/APM/WAF) – preferred
- SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk)
- Identity and access protocols
Responsibilities
- Deploy and manage Forescout NAC for device visibility and policy enforcement
- Implement network segmentation and least-privilege access
- Optimize Palo Alto firewall policies and support F5 services
- Monitor security events via SIEM and coordinate remediation
- Support secure onboarding of enterprise and IoT devices
- Maintain documentation and support escalations
- Ensure alignment with HIPAA, HITECH, and NIST standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of network security engineering experience
- Strong hands-on Forescout and NAC deployment experience
- Experience with Palo Alto firewalls and enterprise networking (VLANs, 802.1X, RADIUS, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience in regulated environments
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Preferred
- CISSP, CCNP Security, CEH, or Forescout (FCSS)
- Experience with Zero Trust and high-availability environments
