ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, is seeking a Network & Security Engineer.
Our client is a well-established IT services provider delivering integrated networking, cloud, and cybersecurity solutions to corporate customers, operating in demanding multi-customer environments with a strong focus on reliability and long-term partnerships.
📌 Location: Neo Iraklio, Athens
📍 Working Model: On-site
🖋️ Reporting to: IT Manager
The role focuses on L2/L3 support, implementation and troubleshooting of network and security infrastructures across multiple customer environments.
More specifically, you will:
- Configure, manage and troubleshoot network infrastructures (Routing, Switching, VLANs, VPNs)
- Administer and support NGFW/UTM security solutions (Fortinet preferred)
- Design and maintain firewall security policies and secure connectivity solutions
- Provide L2/L3 technical support for network and security incidents
- Support enterprise IT infrastructures including servers, virtualization and communication systems
- Implement and support cloud-based solutions (Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Backup solutions)
- Investigate and resolve complex technical incidents across customer environments
- Collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure SLA compliance and service continuity
What we are looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in an IT services / system integrator / MSP environment
- Hands-on experience with firewalls (Fortinet or similar NGFW platforms)
- Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, VLANs, VPN technologies)
- Experience supporting enterprise infrastructures and customer environments
- Familiarity with Windows Server and virtualized environments
- Experience in incident troubleshooting and technical ownership
- Very good command of English
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
- Valid driving license
