Role Description The Operations Manager Security Services is a full-time, on-site role based in Islamabad. This role is responsible for overseeing daily security operations across logistics and supply chain activities, ensuring the safety of assets, personnel, and facilities. The Operations Manager will plan and coordinate security deployments, monitor incident reports, and ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant security standards. The role involves supervising security teams and vendors, conducting risk assessments, and implementing preventive measures to minimize losses and disruptions. The Operations Manager will also collaborate closely with operations, technology, and client teams to maintain service quality, support investigations, and drive continuous improvement in security processes and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in security operations management in a Private Security Company
- Should be from Armed Forces Background.
- Ability to lead, train, and motivate security teams and coordinate with external security vendors or partners.
- Solid understanding of security policies, standard operating procedures, and compliance requirements relevant to physical security.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, including the ability to track KPIs, interpret data, and recommend corrective actions.
- Proficiency with security and monitoring technologies (e.g., CCTV, tracking systems, access control tools) and basic office productivity software.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., security management, risk management) are an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in Islamabad with a hands-on approach, flexible schedule, and readiness to respond to urgent situations.
