Job Title: OT Security Lead
We’re looking for an experienced Operational Technology (OT) Security Lead to own and drive the security strategy for connected devices across their full lifecycle. You’ll work closely with engineering, product, and operations teams to design, implement, and govern secure IoT architectures at scale.
What you’ll do
- Define and lead OT security strategy, architecture, and standards
- Embed security into device, firmware, cloud, and mobile ecosystems
- Lead threat modeling, risk assessments, and incident response for OT
- Guide secure development practices and compliance efforts
- Mentor teams and act as the go-to expert for IoT security
What you bring
- Strong experience in OT / embedded security and cloud security
- Knowledge of device identity, PKI, secure boot, OTA updates, and encryption
- Experience with threat modeling and security frameworks (ISO and IEC)
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders
