As a PAM Manager, you will…
Lead the delivery of complex Privileged Access Management (PAM) programmes across enterprise environments, leveraging platforms such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea, and One Identity
Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, working closely with clients to understand challenges and design secure, scalable solutions
Own end-to-end delivery of PAM initiatives — from strategy and architecture through to implementation and adoption
Drive measurable security and business outcomes by combining deep technical expertise with strong consulting and leadership skills
Operate in a fast-paced, client-facing environment, managing competing priorities and turning complex challenges into practical solutions
Contribute to the growth of the PAM capability, supporting innovation, new initiatives, and go-to-market development

Essential Skills
Strong understanding of Identity & Access Governance (IAG) concepts and experience delivering end-to-end implementations
Hands-on experience with leading IAG platforms (e.g. SailPoint, Saviynt, Omada, One Identity, Okta) and their core components/integrations
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical and senior stakeholders
Strong delivery and organisational skills, including managing risks, dependencies, and complex workstreams
Experience producing IAM governance and operational documentation (e.g. operating models, runbooks, DR plans)
Desirable Skills:
Certifications in IAM/IGA platforms
Familiarity with security frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT)
Exposure to identity infrastructure (e.g. Active Directory), reporting tools (e.g. Power BI), or cloud integrations
Experience onboarding applications or cloud platforms into IAM/IGA solutions
Consulting mindset, with ability to support proposals and engage stakeholders across delivery and business teams
Willingness to work in client-facing environments, including onsite where needed
