The Executive – Talent Development Partnerships provides coordination and execution support to the Talent Development Partnerships team,
ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and consistent follow ups across partnership and program activities.
Reporting to the Senior Manager and working closely with the Senior Specialist, the role supports the implementation of partnership activities,
managing day to day implementation with partners, coordination across Learning-to-Earning hubs, and maintenance of accurate documentation and data in line with AGF’s governance and systems.
This role requires frequent on-site presence across different spaces to support program implementation, partner coordination, and event
execution. The Executive plays a key role in ensuring seamless coordination between partners and internal teams during live program delivery. The Executive contributes to operational efficiency, consistency, and high-quality execution, enabling the broader team to deliver impactful
Key Responsibilities:
• Support day-to-day coordination of partnership management, including regular check in with partners, and tracking follow-ups
• Maintain organized records of partner communications, agreements, and documentation in line with AGF systems
• Assist in preparing materials, notes, and summaries for internal and partner meetings
• Track deliverables and deadlines, and follow up with partners and internal teams as needed
• Support logistical arrangements for partner engagements, including on-site coordination when required
• Manage and maintain AGF’s account on NAFIS, including regular updates, coordination with relevant stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with program and reporting requirements
• Provide on-site support during program delivery, including training sessions, learners’ engagement workshops, and partner activations
• Coordinate directly with participants, facilitators, and partners to ensure smooth execution of activities, including obtaining all required access documentation (e.g. security clearances) when required.
• Support hub teams in organizing events, field visits, and community engagements
• Ensure program activities are delivered in alignment with plans and timelines
• Coordinate with operations team on procurement and administrative processes for the Talent Development programs in line with AGF policies
• Troubleshoot real-time operational issues during program delivery and escalate when needed
What you will bring:
- Certification in Project management or other program management related certificates
- Bachelor’s degree ideally within social studies, education, business administration/marketing, communications, or a related field from reputable institution
- Fluency in English must and Arabic preferred – both written and oral.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 3 years experience working with higher education institutions, NGOs, or education institutions desirable
