Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation, coordination, and timely submission of Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposals (RFP) for tenders, ensuring compliance with client requirements.
- Create comprehensive bill of quantities (BOQ), internal costing, solution documents (High-Level Designs).
- Provide first-level technical support to clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Collaborate closely with account managers to assist and support their requests, ensuring that client needs are met efficiently.
- Manage the required demo or POC (if requested)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong understanding of Segment Routing technologies.
- Knowledge of WLAN, SDWAN, Routing/Switching, Data Center Network, Traffic Engineering and related technologies.
- Familiarity with networking technologies from vendors such as Cisco, Fortinet, Huawei, etc.
- Certifications such as Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Fortinet FCS/FCSS, and Huawei-HCIA in datacom are a plus.
- Willing to be placed in Karawaci, Tangerang /Kuningan, South Jakarta.
