Your Mission
We’re looking for a technically strong Product Manager — someone who’s been a Developer or Engineer and now wants to own product strategy, customer outcomes, and feature delivery.
You’ll bridge the gap between business, customers, and engineering — translating user needs into clear product requirements, driving delivery, and ensuring every release delivers real value.
What You’ll Do
- Own the Product Roadmap: Work with leadership to define product goals and priorities.
- Translate Ideas into Action: Turn user feedback and business needs into well-defined specs and user stories.
- Lead Delivery with Dev Teams: Use your tech background to work closely with engineering for smooth execution.
- Champion the User: Drive user-centric design, testing, and feature validation.
- Make Data-Driven Decisions: Analyse product usage and market trends to refine features and inform future development.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years in software development or engineering.
- 2+ year exposure to product, business analysis, or project ownership (formal PM role not essential).
- Strong communicator with the ability to explain complex ideas simply.
- Passion for solving customer problems and delivering real-world impact.
- Familiarity with SaaS, Agile, and user-centric development practices.
Bonus Points For
- Experience in workforce management, compliance, or field operations software.
- Prior exposure to client-facing roles or stakeholder management.
