Job Responsibilities:
- Implement and administer QHSSE management systems and initiatives
- Continuously monitor and review the compliance of the internal functions with the established QHSSE policy, plan, guidelines and processes
- Consult on quality/regulatory matters
- Operational support for the QHSSE matters in compliance with the required standard
- Initiate, implement and maintain QHSSE documentation, policy and procedures
- Participate in customer, accreditation, and authority’s audit
- Conduct self inspection audits on processes
- Lead incident investigation, analyze, and assess corrective measures, as well as monitor effectiveness of implemented measures.
- Review project-based QHSSE documentation and ensure the compliance with project, company and local legislative QHSSE requirements.
- Provide update/advisory to the Management with regards to provision of information about new standard, legislation and corporate guidelines and to lead the implementation whenever applicable.
- Assist in internal audit, monitor and ensure timely close out of non-conformance and audit reports
- Plan and carry out external supplier and subcontractor audits
- Conduct In-house orientation and training for QHSSE Management system for the employees and upkeep the awareness level
- Endorse and issue Permit-To-Work (PTW)
- Assist QHSSE Manager on day-to-day operations
Job Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years relevant experience in QHSSE
- WSH Level B or equivalent
- ISO Internal Audit Certification preferred
- Relevant experience in Safety & Quality Management
- Familiar with inspection/audit processes of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
- Meticulous and ability to multitasks
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification in Science or Engineering or related field.
- Well versed in QHSSE Management System, Workplace Safety & Health Act & regulations, Environmental applicable Acts & Regulations.
- Strong coordination skills.
- Strong Data and Analytics skills with regards to QHSSE KPIs, Trends analysis and actionable report tracking and compilation.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
