Role Description
This is a full-time, remote position for a Red Team Specialist. Responsibilities include identifying and exploiting security vulnerabilities, performing simulated cyberattacks, analyzing threat vectors, and assisting organizations in enhancing their security posture. The role also involves documenting findings, providing actionable recommendations, training relevant personnel, and collaborating with teams to improve defenses against real-world threats.
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience
· Technical Skills: Strong hands-on experience in Red Team operations, adversary emulation, and advanced penetration testing
· Proven experience in:
o Active Directory exploitation
o Windows and Linux attack paths
o Endpoint tradecraft
o Privilege escalation
o Lateral movement
o Persistence
o Defense evasion
· Experience developing or modifying:
o Custom payloads
o Exploits
o Malware simulations
o Evasion techniques
· Strong understanding of cloud attack techniques across:
o Azure
o AWS
o GCP
· Familiarity with phishing simulations and social engineering campaigns
