Confidential Leadership Opportunity – Health, Safety & Security (North America)
A global organization with manufacturing operations across 75+ industrial sites and multiple office locations throughout North America is seeking a senior leader to shape and deliver its next phase of Health, Safety, Environmental, and Physical Security strategy.
This is a high-impact, regional Director leadership role focused on advancing performance, strengthening culture, and influencing decision-making across a complex, multi-site network.

Key priorities

- Strengthen safety culture and leadership capability across a geographically dispersed workforce
- Influence across teams to embed safety into strategic and operational decision-making
What we’re looking for
- Experience leading HSE strategy across multi-site industrial or manufacturing environments
- Track record of influencing senior leaders in complex, matrixed organizations
- Proven ability to drive transformation, not just manage programs
- Deep safety expertise, with proven exposure to or oversight of physical security practices

- North America scope (U.S. and Canada) supporting a distributed operational footprint
- Leadership responsibility for a regional team and cross-functional stakeholder network
- 30-40% Travel aligned to supporting multiple sites and business units
- Location: Remote Based, Southeast US (no relocation): FL. GA, NC, SC, TN, KY, TN
Salary: $165,000-$230,000
