Oversees, accepts, and processes residents staying in shelter overnight to ensure safety and compliance with house rules;
Monitors the behavior and activity of residents participating in recovery/housing program during assigned shift;
Guards the security and safety of Salvation Army facilities and buildings;
Completes and files incident logs and assists with incidents as needed;
Maintains confidentiality of all clients and responds to emergencies by dialing 911
