Job Overview
Mitie is looking for a Retail security officer who can deliver exceptional customer service whilst creating a safe shopping environment, free from the fear of crime for customers and colleagues.
Pay rate: £13.96
Responsibilities
- Deliver industry-leading customer service.
- Deterrence of violence and public order offences.
- Conduct patrols of the store.
- Utilise CCTV systems to support reduction of crime and stock loss.
- Liaise with store management teams.
- Liaise with Police and crime partnerships where required to support reduction of crime in store.
- Wear Body Worn CCTV to support reduction of crime and increase colleague and customer safety.
Qualifications
- Current SIA licence or SIA certificates (training for licence can be provided in some circumstances).
- Full 5-year checkable employment/education history.
