About the Role:
Securecorp is seeking motivated Security Officers to join our team across Retail sites in and around Penrith. In this role, you will deliver high-quality security services while providing exceptional customer service and responding effectively to incidents and emergencies. Opportunities are available on a Part-Time and Casual basis, with flexible rostering to suit a variety of availability preferences.
We are seeking candidates who can commit to permanent part time or causal rosters.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-level security services with a strong customer service focus
- Conduct guarding, patrolling, and monitoring of premises
- Manage site access control systems and ensure safety compliance
- Respond promptly and professionally to alarms, incidents, and emergencies
- Identify, assess, and mitigate potential security risks
- Complete accurate incident reports and maintain detailed records
Skills & Experience
- Current NSW Security Licence (including Crowd Controller component)
- Current First Aid & CPR certification
- Previous experience within the security industry
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional presentation with a proactive and reliable attitude
