Friendship Village of Dublin is looking for our next Safety & Security Supervisor.
Essential Duties
- Perform all duties of Security Officers, including routine patrols, resident engagement and alarm monitoring.
- Thorough incident documentation in systems such as Point Click Care and Therms.
- Provide elevated response during resident incidents, including first aid and emergency intervention.
- Assist with creating and maintaining security schedules and shift coverage plans.
- Support team development through training and mentorship.
- Serve as Emergency Response Leader for after-business-hours incidents.
- Act as Life Safety Administrator, overseeing:
- Drill scheduling and planning.
- Completion of life safety inspections.
Qualifications
- Current EMT Certification (Emergency Medical Technician) Preferred.
- Previous experience in security, emergency response, or related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and decisive in emergency situations.
- Familiarity with PCC or willingness to learn.
