Job Description
SAP Security Consultant (ITAR-Compliant Environment)
SAP ECC Security & Authorizations
· Design, build, test, and maintain SAP ECC security roles and authorizations.
· Perform user administration activities including onboarding, access changes, de-provisioning, and periodic access reviews.
· Troubleshoot and resolve authorization issues using SU53, ST01, and related tools.
· Maintain SU24 authorization object values and role optimization.
· Support SAP ECC modules such as FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, QM
· Security Consultant but hands-on – perform all tasks which are ITAR constrained. At least 8+ years of experience.
· ECC Landscape – 2 production systems , no GRC
· Monitor and guide junior offshore resource
· Perform all AMS activities including auditing
· Strong expertise in SAP authorization concepts
· Minor enhancements in scope which may include role changes
Governance & Risk
· Perform periodic user access certifications and compliance reviews.
· Identify SoD risks and work with stakeholders on mitigation and remediation plans.
· Maintain role design documentation, approval workflows, and compliance records.
Change & Production Support
· Support SAP security transports across system landscapes (DEV/QAS/PRD).
· Participate in SAP ECC refreshes, system copies, and upgrades from a security impact perspective.
· Act as a liaison between functional, BASIS, and compliance teams for security-related activities.

Good communication skills and collaborative behaviour with offshore team.
