Your new role
As a Securities Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting custody operations across markets including Singapore, Malaysia, and Switzerland. This role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end custody operations and system-related initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Set up and maintain custody accounts across multiple markets.
- Implement and maintain custody market rules within internal systems.
- Ensure accuracy of static and reference data through regular quality checks.
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements and changes.
- Investigate and resolve data or system discrepancies.
- Support continuous improvement of processes and operational controls.
What you'll need to succeed
- 1-2 years of experience in custody, securities services, or banking operations (e.g. settlement, trade support).
- Alternatively, a background in accounting or finance with relevant internship exposure.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with stakeholders.
- Interest in financial markets, securities, and operational processes.
- This role is only open to Singaporeans.
