Job Description:
- Demonstrate advanced expertise in operating and optimizing the CrowdStrike Falcon platform
- Configure and manage endpoint detection & response (EDR) capabilities, including prevention policies, IOA exclusions, USB/device control, and firewall rules
- Leverage Falcon modules such as SaaS Security, Exposure Management, Data Protection, and Fusion SOAR
- Perform threat hunting activities using endpoint and data protection tools
- Work with parent and child CIDs in CrowdStrike environments
- Generate custom reports using APIs and build integrations with external tools
- Design and maintain security data pipelines (Cribl) for log routing and enrichment
- Support SIEM/XDR integrations for centralized monitoring and analytics
- Conduct workflow analysis and segmentation policies using Cisco SecureWorkload.
- Analyze malware, threat intelligence, and sandbox outputs to improve detection strategies.
- Develop automation scripts and solutions for security orchestration and operational efficiency.
Additional Experience Required:
- 6+ years (within the last 8 years) as an SME managing CrowdStrike Falcon and SecureWorks platforms
- 6+ years administering EDR solutions, including policy management, IOA exclusions, and SOAR workflows
- 3+ years (within the last 4 years) of incident response in enterprise environments
- 3+ years configuring telemetry API integrations across SIEM and XDR tools
- 3+ years performing workflow analysis in Cisco SecureWorkload/Tetration
- 1+ year (recent) experience building data pipelines using Cribl
- 4+ years of experience in scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
- 5+ years working with virtualization/VDI and cloud SaaS environments
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in API-based automation and integration
- Strong background in malware analysis, threat intelligence, and sandboxing
